We update this page several times per week, and sometimes multiple times per day when large batches of loans are reserved. While not live-synced, it’s one of the most accurate public indicators of current Hometown Heroes funding availability in Florida.

Once the funds are depleted, new reservations are no longer accepted, even if you're already pre-approved. That’s why it’s critical to lock in your eligibility early and get under contract on a home before the money is gone.
