Business owners in the US Cannabis industry are at a unique disadvantage due to the Schedule 1 nature of Cannabis, making traditional banking services--including traditional mortgages--all-but impossible to obtain.

 

Our Cannabis Home Loan Program provides the Cannabis business owner with flexible financing and competitive terms.  Under this program, we accept income from legal Cannabis-based business owners, such as growers and dispensaries, and other businesses in the supply chain.

 

If you are an EMPLOYEE of a Cannabis company (but do not own greater than 25% of the company), then we can also offer a traditional Conventional home loans as well.

  • No Credit Score Minimums - We do not use the application for qualification or pricing purposes.*  

* Instead of the traditional credit score model for most bank programs, we perform our own comprehensive review of the applicant's complete credit profile and background.

No Escrow Account Requirements*

    * Escrow accounts not required, unless the home being financed is located in a FEMA-designated Flood Zone.

    • Minimum Down Payment - 20% (may be higher, depending on the strength of the applicant and the total amount of financing.)

    • Close in the name of a Inter-Vivos Trust or LLC (nominal review fee applies, currently $500, see your Loan Originator for details)

    • Flexible Income Calculation - Although we use Tax Returns for income, our income calculation methodology is not the same as a traditional bank loan, and we use a multi-tiered approach that allows us to combine multiple income streams, including Asset Depletion.
    • Asset Depletion - This program offers one of the most aggressive Asset-Depletion models in the marketplace.  Asset depletion is a way for a lender to use the applicant's liquid assets (checking/ Savings/ Money Market/ IRA/ 401(k)/ Stock Accounts, etc.) as income for qualification purposes.  ► More info about Asset Depletion
