  • 💸 [RATIO: 1.00] - NEUTRAL Cash-flow. Property breaks even each month. Eligible.
  • ⚠️ [RATIO: 0.75 - 0.99] - NEGATIVE Cash-flow. Eligible on a case-by-case basis.
  • ☠️  [RATIO: < 0.75] - EXTREME NEGATIVE Cash-flow.   Ineligible.
